Daily Ag Direction 6/26/25
Good Morning!
Markets are quiet but still have a bearish tone to them. Wheat fell lower again after mixed trading in the overnight. Harvest continues to roll on. Corn hit new contract lows for the SEP and DEC contracts with July staying in a holding pattern. With the favorable planting and growing season, the thing that will be interesting to see is the acreage report that comes out on Monday. The funds have been selling the past 3 days. With the fund sell off, corn could be slightly oversold with an opportunity to bounce back next week. While Soybeans are up a couple points this morning, the bean oil rise that we saw last week has gone stale. Like corn, the growing season has been favorable for beans.
Looking ahead in the forecast, we are seeing rain across Kansas and Oklahoma with the brunt of it being in SE KS in the first week of July.
July KC Wheat -0.6 @ $5.24
July 26 KC Wheat -0.4 @ $5.39
July Corn +1.6 @ $4.12
Dec 25 Corn +2.4 @ $4.25
July Beans -0.4 @ $10.25
Nov 25 Beans +0.2 @ $10.19
